It was a sad and dark day when Kristen Johnston, a member of the yoga community in Nova Scotia, was violently taken from us.
Today there is a bit of bright light as her murderer has been convicted and will hopefully spend the rest of his life in prison. I hope this brings some peace to her family and closest friends.
There is never an excuse for this type of violence. Raise your children to know that unequivocally.
And may Kristen Rest In Peace. 🙏❤️

After a two week hiatus, yoga is back!

WHEN: Sunday mornings at 9, starting March 18
WHERE: Riverline Activity Centre, Dutch Settlement
HOW MUCH: $50 for 6 weeks or $10 drop-in
WHAT YOU NEED: A yoga mat, water bottle, and a warm sweater or blanket

Hi all! Sorry to do this at the 11th hour but I have a muscle strain that hasn’t fully healed yet so I need to move the start date for this session of yoga from January 7th to January 14th - same time (9 a.m.) and place (Grono Rd)
