Meet Kaitlin.

“I’ve been going to Flex Fit for almost six months. I started with the 28-day challenge in December with one goal: Build the habit of showing up.

What I learned very quickly is that motivation has so little to do with this in the beginning. For the first month, I was literally never motivated to go—but I went anyway. That consistency is what carried me to the point where the gym is now just an ordinary part of my life instead of something I have to convince myself to do—or something I tell myself I’ll look into next month. On top of classes, I work 1:1 with a trainer who specializes in women 35+ and hormone health, and that’s been a total game-changer.

The biggest thing I’ve learned is that the gym is truly for everyone. Fitness levels in classes vary so greatly, and the trainers are amazing at providing modifications to dial exercises up or down, meeting you wherever you are. The culture and community is also really welcoming and supportive, which was huge for me as someone who was completely new to a gym atmosphere.

My strength, stamina, and overall wellness have improved so dramatically since I joined. I never thought I’d be a person who’s always chasing my next PR and seeking out opportunities to expand my fitness routine, but here we are!”

Andrea is a Registered Massage Therapist and fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor in both mat and equipment training. She teaches Pilates Mat classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:15 a.m. Her classes focus on activating the deep core stabilizers of the torso, followed by endurance and mobility work, and finish with stretching to help you start your day feeling strong and refreshed.

Amy’s story is exactly why Flex Fit exists.

When Amy first came to Flex Fit, she was going through a difficult season. She had just been laid off from a job she cared about, was grieving the loss of a close family member, and found herself with time, energy, and emotions she didn’t quite know what to do with.

What she found here was more than a gym.

She found a non-judgmental space to move, cope, learn, and rebuild. A place where the coaches, classes, and community made it easier to keep showing up - even on the days when it felt hard.

Since starting at Flex Fit, Amy has noticed more definition, more confidence, better day-to-day strength, and a stronger commitment to her health. But maybe the most important part is this: she feels supported.
