Our 7:30 PM time slots will now shift to a semi-independent training format — no live instructor, but a structured workout and programming will still be provided on the board so you can come in, train with purpose, and stay consistent on your schedule 💪

We are opening up a limited number (5 as of right now) of $20 Treatment Friday appointments with Trent Peterson.

For the next two Fridays only (May 1st + 8th), you can get a full 45-minute 1-on-1 session for a fraction of the usual $85.00 +tx rate.

What’s the catch? None. Trent is a specialist in strength & conditioning, injury and pain, and we want to get his expertise in front of more of the community.

What can you do in 45 minutes?

Athlete Triage is a low-pressure way to get assessed, treated, and pointed in the right direction — all in one visit. This isn't just for elite athletes; it's for CrossFitters, gym-goers, and any individual looking to get back to doing what they love.

📍 Sundays | 3:00–4:30 PM 🗓 May 3 • May 10 • May 17 • May 24

Perfect for:
* In-season athletes & weekend warriors
* CrossFitters & gym enthusiasts
* Lingering aches, pains, or mobility "stuckness"
* Anyone needing a clear path back to their favorite activities
