Woolwich Gymnastics Club Woolwich Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit organization helping to keep the Woolwich community active! We offer both recreational and competitive programs.

Woolwich Gymnastics is a family-orientated facility with an emphasis on 'gymnastics for all'. With training of speed, strength, flexibility, and power together, the sport of gymnastics can be a foundation for almost any other sport or leisure activity. Programs start at 18 mths old and go up from there. There is something for everyone! Check out our website for a full list of our programs availabl

e !! Are you 14+ and don't think you would fit in in a regular class or just want to come out and check out the gym? Then OPEN GYM is for you!! On Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8:30-10pm the club is open to everyone. There is a certified coach to supervise and help if need be but if you just want to see what it is like to stand on a beam then that's ok too!! Is your child's birthday coming up? 🤸 Ages 5–6: 2:00–3:00 PM
🤸 Ages 7+: 3:00–5:00 PM

These assessments are open to both current members and the public and are intended for athletes interested in:
• Advanced Kindir Kid
• Advanced Recreation
• Developmental
• Competitive Programs

$20 assessment fee

Ready to move, build strength, and try something new? 💪✨
Woolwich Gymnastics Club is excited to offer a 6-week Adult GymFit class designed for all experience levels. Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym before or you’re looking to get back into it, this class is for you!
🗓 Thursdays from 7:30–8:30 PM
📅 May 7 to June 11
Led by Coach Heidi, each session includes a variety of skill progressions and drills with plenty of modifications, so you can challenge yourself at a level that feels right for you. No pressure, no experience required—just a supportive, fun environment to get stronger, more flexible, and more confident.
Come as you are, and grow at your own pace. You might surprise yourself with what you can do!

We’re getting ready for our “Out With a Bang” Fun Competition on Sunday, June 14th 🎉 and we need your help!
We’re putting together a raffle table and are looking for donations from our amazing community. Gift cards, baskets, products, or services—every contribution makes a difference and helps make this event extra special for our athletes.

Registration is open for Out With a Bang! (OWAB) 🎉 — and closes May 3 at 5:00 PM!
Join us on June 14 for a fun, optional gymnastics meet where athletes from Recreational through Competitive programs can perform routines on all 4 events in front of family and friends.
✨ Shirt + medal for every athlete
🤸 Headstand contest with prizes
👨‍👩‍👧 Free admission for spectators
Athletes will be scheduled for one session only (details sent 2+ weeks prior).
💲 Cost: $50

🗓 Registration details:
• Members: Opens Wednesday at 7pm
• Public: Opens Wednesday, Feb 18th at 7pm
👉 Members, check your inbox for your early access code to register one week before the public.
📅 Classes begin March 23rd
• Mon–Thurs: 12 weeks
• Fri & Sat: 11 weeks
• Sunday: 10 weeks (shorter due to our Out With A Bang fun meet 🎉)
💲 Prices reflect the session length.

✨ Current members … keep an eye on your inbox! An early access code will be emailed this weekend.
Member / Early Access Registration: February 11th at 7:00 PM
🗓 Public Registration: February 18th at 7:00 PM
⏰ Registration closes March 8th (no late registrations will be accepted)
We’re still finalizing pricing, schedules, and specific class days, but we wanted everyone to be able to save these dates and set those reminders ⏰ because… you know how fast classes fill up!
