The Elmira Sugar Kings are excited to announce we have signed forward Eli Humphrey from the Waterloo Wolves AAA U18 team. Eli had a monster year with 52 goals and 50 assists in the 2025-26 season. His 52 goals led the alliance in that department. The 6’0” 155lbs forward was drafted in the 1st round (18th overall) by the Ottawa 67’s in the 2026 OHL U18 Priority Selection. The Heidelberg native led the defenseman on his team with 21 goals and added 33 assists in the 2025-26 season. The 6’1” 175 lbs Defenseman was drafted in the 11th round (223rd overall) by the London Knights in the 2025 OHL Priority Draft. Please join us in welcoming Liam to Elmira!
