Coach Marco and a couple of others from HQ are now first degree black belt !! This is years of hard work and dedication. Congrats guys 🔥🔥

🥋⬛ FIRST DEGREE BLACK BELTS 🥋

Last night, three of our own added the first stripe to their black belts — Marco, Matt, and Joey.

Anyone who's trained knows what's behind a stripe at this level. Years on the mat. Hard rounds. Injuries, comebacks, early mornings, late nights. And through all of it, every one of these three has competed at every belt level — white to black — putting their game on the line again and again.

They didn't just earn this for themselves. They show up and pour it back into everyone who steps on our mats.

Proud to train alongside you guys. Congratulations — every bit of it earned. 👊

Huge congratulations to Brock for an incredible performance today at the in Moncton! 🥇🥇

Brock brought home gold in the Advanced Blue Belt Gi division (14–17) and also captured the belt in the Blue Belt Absolute Gi division (14–17), winning all 7 of his matches!

What makes this even more impressive is that he hadn’t competed in the gi in the last 3 years. Coming back and dominating like that says a lot about his hard work, dedication, and mindset.
