Friday evenings, join us for Community Flow, a great way to welcome the weekend and support a local non-profit!

A donation is made by the studio for each person that attends, and for the rest of the summer we are partnering with the Paralympic Sports Association. This is an inclusive organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities and their support networks, through adaptive recreational and sporting activities.

We blinked and it’s been 3 months! It’s been such a joy to meet all of you, and we are so excited for the future.
