Behind every smooth jump rope flow is a mountain of missed steps.

When learning something new, the brain is what you're training first!

The body follows.

Train your brain first to master the movement then the body will build the stamina.

If you quit because it feels messy today, you miss out on the breakthrough tomorrow 🙌

I have a cardio challenge for you!!

I absolutely LOOOOVED YEG Cycle but just cannot make it downtown as much as I'd like to or afford the classes at this time lol

BUT I need to get my cardio in. And some days I can do the continuous steady state cardio while listening to audible or something but my brain gets bored easily so TODAY I thought I'd hop on a spin bike and find a spin class on YouTube 🙌

This is a beginner friendly and only 20 mins. Let me know if you check it out 😊 I am feeling great and accomplished 🔥

Let the training begin!

Just completed my first ever 75 minute cardio session in zone 3 🥵 and just getting through THIS session was mentally challenging.

My usual sessions only last 30 mins tops. So when I saw that 30 min hit I'm like 😵💀

lol I felt shifty, I felt anxious haha and a 25k at my level is like TRIPLE that time lmao

but let's fu***ng gooo 🔥

obviously running a course isnt as boring as doing it on a treadmill 😅

but regardless I have quite some time to build up my endurance mentality
