With the legalization of cannabis in Canada there has been a dramatic increase of regular people exploring the world of weed. Friends and Family close to us have been discovering the benefits of legal Marijuana, p

articularly due to the COVID-19 crisis. We have watched these people gain an understanding of how the ingestion of our favorite flower calms the nerves and quell the new stresses that have been thrust upon during this pandemic. While we are happy to see people opening their minds to cannabis as a medicinal tool, we are also addressing the caveats that some may have. For example, we would encourage a Sativa strain over an Indica for those who are looking to be active during and after their smoke session. By intentionally combining smoke with the fitness, we are using cannabis as a workout primer. In our experience this allows us to bring a fresh perspective to any form of fitness. Further more we believe this allows us to tap into a deeper mind-muscle connection. We aim to dispel old notions that those who indulge in cannabis are "lazy and unmotivated", by turning the game on its head and bringing our two passions together.
