Why am I a movement coach? I am somebody who loves to move, feeling at home in my body and feeling competent in achieving the movements that I want. And I was able to do that fairly well for a number of years. I also have had my own challenges and injuries that prevented me from doing what I want, including ‘basic’ day-to-day activities. So I understand the frustration when you aren’t free to do what you want.
Part of my journey has been learning from many different sources. I have found that some of the most useful information came from unexpected places and that there is new information and new approaches available that may not be generally known. My goal is to use my unique combination of knowledge and experience to bring the right tools to help you find your freedom.
Besides, there is nothing quite like seeing the excitement when someone I’ve worked with realizes they’ve just done something they didn’t think was possible!
