My name is Enzo, I am an ACE Certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I utilize a combination of personalized techniques and exercises tailored to my client' needs to assist them in reaching their health and fitness dreams.

I have experience working with individuals of all ages and skill levels. I am a dedicated trainer who will keep you motivated, accountable, and on track towards your fitness goals.

I observe, modify exercises to your level, correct your form, and create a program that increases your strength level, conditioning (cardio), posture, body composition, and balance over time.

I am dedicated to my clients' success and know that may look different for every individual. Whether you are trying to fix your posture, muscle imbalances, build muscle, work on endurance, and/or burn fat. A full-body strength training is the best tip I can give you, since it is impossible to target a fat section you dislike. Train 3 times a week minimum of strength training will build muscles, which will replace body fat. Eat enough protein to let your muscles grow and to not starve your body.

"First time in my life I feel like my workouts are 100% efficient. Having a trainer after Covid was the best decision I made. I am now motivated and have no choice but to show up. The workouts are pretty intense but I keep being surprised at how much I can actually do. It has been a few weeks, and I see big progress: toned legs and glutes, less water retention, better digestion and sleep.
