We’re donating 20% of our earnings from tomorrow’s class to a QTBIPOC mutual aid, harm reduction advocacy collective in Edmonton. They provide ongoing support in our Q***r and Trans communities through outreach programming, resource sharing, mutual aid, food security and mental health support. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌱

Since its never too late to post q***r joy.. I’ll be posting my birthday joys last May 30 😁💖
I’m grateful I got to spend my pre-birthday with my sis and my love .art.phnx 💕 I cooked us longganisa, rice and steamed cabbage for brunch 🥰🥰 nothing beats yapping with my loves over our favourite foods and coffee at home! 🥰☕️🍚🍲❤️
and then I took a self-care walk while it was still lilac season during that time 😌🥰🪻🌸 it was a lovely day 🪻💜🌿

I’m SO PROUD of MY STRONG CREW for completing our 1st Pride Month Q***r & Trans Group HIIT Class today today in !!! 🥳🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏼🤩💖💜🔥🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
The energy from today’s class is unmatched!!! 🔥
I’m proud of Shameera and Kae for completing their 1st HIIT class and crushing a circuit style combination of both cardio-based and resistance training exercises! 😁💪🏼
My heart is so full from all of us cheering each other on as we get to the finish line together!! Great work today, friends!! I’m proud of you!! ❤️🔥
I’m very excited to welcome more folks in the next upcoming classes!! 💖

✨April dumpyyy✨
Ate all my fave foods and did all my favourite things in April!! 💕🌷 grateful to lift things up and down, getting friends to lift things up and down for serotonin and fun ✨ continuously learning how to continue getting friends to lift things up and down safely and optimally! 😁🤓🏋🏽‍♀️✨ grateful to cook and eat our fave foods and for treats!! Grateful for love and welcoming a new season 🥰❤️🌱🌷

Unfortunately, I cannot continue running the group fitness classes in Kinsmen Rec. So now I’m on the hunt for an accessible and inclusive gym space or fitness studio in Edmonton to hold our group classes on! 🤓🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏼🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💕✨
