Just a little reminder. If you ever feel intimidated to go to the gym, feel like you don’t have the courage to be in the weight area, or try a new exercise.
You are allowed to be there. The people within the gym walls have been where you are, or have struggled similarly to how you are right now.
No one in a healthy state of mind is judging you for being there. We all have the right to care for our bodies and ourselves. Show up and be there for you because at the end of the day that’s the only person who’s opinion matters. 😄

Consistency really pays off! I love when clients feel proud enough to want me to post their progress photos!

This online training client has been working with me since the new year and is roughly down 7lbs + not only are we celebrating the physical goals, we want to focus on the SUSTAINABLE lifestyle changes she has made ie healthy dietary choices, moderation and increased activity levels as well as prioritizing self care.

Congratulations girl! I’m so excited to see what else you are going to accomplish in the coming months 😁

Just a friendly reminder to keep track of your progress in some way. Regardless of how you feel about yourself now, you’re going to want to look back and see how far you’ve come.

Obviously we aren’t looking at the reps or anything with this ridiculous video. But the physical change I saw once I really started re-focusing on my own fitness again. This is a 3 month difference 😎
