This has been a great year with consistency at Orangetheory. Going to the studio and being challenged every time is what I love about OTF. The challenge is solely with yourself and making that next benchmark in your journey to the next level. This year I have seen so many milestones and achievements that I did not think possible. Besides injuries that have been part of the learning curve 😂 in my personal development on many levels, especially no grumpy face, smiling, and stubbornness 😂. With 2022 coming to a close I just wanted to say thank you to all the coaches and staff that make this one of the fundamental cornerstones in my life. So looking forward to seeing 2023 and all that it will bring at OTF. Also can not find Anita to tag 😂

Sometimes in life you are walking in your journey and you run into this scenario.

Everything looks good and then WHAM no where to go. You start looking around to see how did I get here???? This was not the way I planned it??? I am stuck?? How do I get out of here??? Do I go back??

Sometimes life does not go as planned we hit these points on our journey we start to panic, doubts, fear, and most of all questions. Most of us will stand and consider. Where do I go from here. A lot of us will think if I turn around and go back I will end up in the same places I was before. Other may just sit down and think that this is “good enough” I just will stay here.

Well I always say and believe that good enough is never true. It is either good or it is not. Never let good be the enemy of excellence.

Turning around is not the answer for me either. The journey behind me was hard, it was painful, and I have grown to become where I am now. So turning around is not an option.

That leaves me with this thought it is beautiful in front of me. I see the light in the distance. I know that is the way I am supposed to because it is the way I came. So it leaves me this choice GO FORWARD. But how??????

I have Faith.

Faith had brought me pass and through those painful times that I do not want to go through again. Faith has shaped me into I am today.

There is Grace.

My choices have brought me to this point. My Faith has carried me when I was fearful. Grace has kept me safe even when I was in danger.

I am here for a purpose so even when all my senses are telling me:

THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!! Turn around go back or this is as far as you go. Settle here it will be ok.

These are all lies that are trying to stop you from achieving your greatness. We are all born with uniqueness inside of us. To hit our full potential and hit our greatness we must go forward.

Step out in Faith every day trusting with out one doubt that I am going forward regardless of what the physical evidence is showing me.
