I’m excited to officially launch my first 6-week Monday morning series under my own branding, Beyond Vinyasa.

Beyond Vinyasa: Reset & Rise is a mixed-modality, all-levels class blending meditative flow, breath, and nervous system support to help you start your week feeling more grounded, clear, and connected.

This class is for existing students, beginners, and anyone craving a practical, powerful reset through movement and breath. No yoga experience is needed. I’ll meet you where you’re at and adapt the class to the room.

Mondays | 9:00–10:00 AM
April 6 – May 11
Peace in a Pod Yoga, Eckville
$110 for 6 weeks

And for my Sylvan Lake people, Eckville is only about a 15-minute drive away. Honestly, that quiet drive can become part of the reset.

Spots are limited, and I need minimum registration in the next few days for the class to run. Message me if you want in.
