The end of August is really spoiling us! 🤩 Yesterday was another gorgeous day on the water, with sunshine, happy paddlers, and plenty of smiles all around. 🌞🌊

If this end-of-August weather is any indication, September is looking like it could be a pretty good one too! 🤞✨

The folks on yesterday’s paddle really hit it off, and we love seeing people come together to share a new adventure, make some memories, and enjoy the Bay of Fundy together. 💙

Ever thought of pushing a bunch of kayaks together and turning them into a sailboat? ⛵️ The paddlers on yesterday’s tour did! 😂

We were joined by such a fun group of folks, and it was all smiles and laughs from start to finish. One couple was even celebrating their honeymoon with us! 💙

Thanks for bringing the great vibes and joining us for such a beautiful day on the water. Sunshine and fog — truly the best of both worlds! 🌞🌫️

We had all hands on deck yesterday for a big ol’ end-of-August mega-paddle! 🌊 We couldn’t have asked for a glassier day to welcome so many eager paddlers out on the water. We were joined by the loveliest families, friends, and couples—seriously, what a wonderful bunch of kind and fun folks of all ages! 💙

You wouldn’t think it from looking at these photos, but it was sooo hot yesterday! 🔥 This family from Ontario and couple from Chicago had the right idea—spending the day on the water where they could stay cool. ✨

The fog hung around for most of the day, keeping everyone comfortable as they paddled, but guide Emmett said the sun finally broke through toward the end of the tour, treating everyone to one last burst of heat as they neared shore. 🌞

Today was kitchen manager Brooke’s last day with us 🥹💓 We had a little going away party for her on Saturday, and we had so much fun despite getting a little rained on. All Brooke wanted was for Kienan to make her some pasta before she left, and, of course, to play some games of kubb. Which we all happily obliged!

Brooke was with us for 7 years, starting in housekeeping when she was only 15! An independent, reliable person, she quickly worked her way to kitchen manager when she was only 19. Brooke has been joining us and keeping us sane during her summer breaks, first in high school and then university. Next season, Brooke will be doing a placement to finish her degree in Foods & Nutrition, Dietetic Internship, in order to become a registered dietitian.

We’re so proud of her for moving on to her “big girl job”, but she will be very missed around these parts. If you’ve been on our tour and thought, “wow that was really tasty”, in the last couple years, Brooke was probably the one who made it! She is so funny, so bright, and so dependable. Thank you Brooke, we miss you already! 💓✨

Yesterday’s paddle was perfectly timed, giving these folks a chance to soak up the sunshine and summer heat before the afternoon clouds rolled in! 🌞 Emmett took them through the low-tide seaweed gardens, exploring some of the hidden treasures of the Bay along the way. 🌊🌱 It was such a pleasure to have them out on the water with us. There’s nothing like being out on the water during a heatwave! 🔥 Yesterday, Emmett got to cool off with these awesome folks on a sunny low-tide paddle. 🌞🌊

We especially love that first snap of Emmett in action! The Bay of Fundy was really showing off, with those gorgeous blues and greens making for a pretty spectacular backdrop. 💙💚

Last weekend, guide Brennan handed the GoPro over to a pair of paddlers so they could capture the kayak launch from their perspective! 🌊 There’s something pretty special about that moment when you push off from shore and the Bay opens up in front of you. 🤙🏻

Emmett took these awesome folks out on a low-tide paddle yesterday, as the high tide was too late in the day for us to reach. 🌊 There was something magical about paddling through the seaweed gardens with a light mist surrounding us. ✨🌱 Emmett had a fantastic day on the water with these paddlers—thanks so much for joining us! 💙

Yesterday was guide Brennan’s last day with us, and he got to spend it with a truly awesome family on a beautiful afternoon paddle! 💙 It was such a calm day, starting out overcast before the sun decided to peek through just for these folks. 🌞
