Murph 2026. 🇨🇦 💪

Today our community showed exactly what Grit-Fit is about — effort, resilience, and the willingness to do hard things together.

Some went RX.
Others scaled the movements, partitioned the reps, reduced the run.
But everyone finished what they started. 👏

And that’s the point.

Hard looks different for everyone.

What matters is that you walk through the doors, put in the work, and refuse to quit when it gets uncomfortable.

Proud of every single person who came out to sweat, suffer, encourage others, and be part of something bigger than themselves today.

No ego.
No scorecards.

Just people working hard beside each other.

That’s community.
That’s Murph.
That’s Grit-Fit.

There is a specific reason we dont offer "independent workouts" or "open gym" memberships.

And you can only get so far training alone in your basement.

Eventually, you need more.

More accountability.
More structure.
More intensity.
More people around you pushing when you’d normally let off the gas.

That’s the difference with group fitness done properly.

It’s easy to convince yourself you “worked hard” when nobody is watching. 👀

It’s easy to skip the conditioning - cut the reps - rest a little longer - stay comfortable.

🚨 Comfort is exactly why people plateau. 🚨

Real change happens when you’re coached, challenged, and surrounded by people working toward the same goal.

You don’t rise to your goals.
You fall to your environment.

Challenge complacency or stay the same.

Train with people who expect more from you.

There were WAY too many good outfits to choose from for BEST dressed.

With so many great fits, I entered everyone for BEST dressed and the winner is: Tracy. M 🥳

Unfortunately, only one outfit stood out among the rest for the WORST dressed - and I had the pleasure to workout beside him. 😬

Heard someone say the other day - "Your workouts are intense." 🤪

Made me think for a second. 🤔

Yeah… training is hard.
Yeah… we hold you accountable.
Yeah… you get what you show up for.

That's the point right?

But "intense"?

That’s not us — that’s you.

We don’t force intensity - we create the environment for it. 👊🏻

Group fitness isn’t for everyone - but how hard you go?

That’s always your call.

Thank you for your continuous positive attitude and your determination to do hard things. Thank you for always taking our advice to modify an exercise when needed, and to challenge yourself with weights that are right for you - proud of you Susan! 👏

Real talk:

Throughout life, people will come and go. That’s just the reality. You’ll make friends, you’ll make enemies—hopefully more of the first than the second.

In this business, people leave a mark. Every now and then, someone leaves a skid mark… but most leave something real. Something meaningful.

— thank you for being one of the real ones.

It’s been an absolute pleasure watching you find your stride over the past few years. I’ve seen you crush workouts on the good days, and keep moving forward with your head high on the tough ones. You’ve built strength relentlessly, mainly because you cherry picked. But that's okay.

You stand up for what you believe in. You support others. You show up.

That matters.

Wishing you and your family nothing but the best as you step into this next chapter. You truly are Challenging Complacency.
