This is an ongoing small group class, and I’m opening a few spots for the next 6-week session.

We focus on building strength, improving posture, and moving in a way that feels good in your body.

Beginner-friendly and all levels welcome.

Due to how quickly the Tuesday class filled, I’ve added a new
Thursday 11:00am small group Pilates Mat class at the Maple Bay Rowing Club.

A few spots are currently available.

This is a small, supportive group (6–8 people) with lots of individual guidance—perfect whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to get back into a consistent routine.

If you’ve finished physio but aren’t sure what to do next, this class is a great place to start.

I’m starting a small 6-week mat Pilates series at the Maple Bay Rowing Club, and there are just 2 spots left.

Starts Tuesday March 31st at 10:15am.

It’s a quiet, beautiful space right on the water, and the class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more comfortable in your body again.

No experience needed — it’s a supportive, small group and I’ll guide you through everything.

I’m excited to be offering a small group Mat Pilates series at the Maple Bay Rowing Club starting March 31st. Mat Pilates is a wonderful way to continue strengthening after physiotherapy, support an active lifestyle, and learn exercises you can use at home.
