Anchored Athletics Providing Fitness and Nutrition coaching to Duncan and Cowichan Valley. Anchored Athletics is a fitness training center serving the Cowichan Valley Communities.

We use the latest training techniques and strength and conditioning principles to help our clients achieve success. Anchored Athletics coaches will guide its members to reach their true potential. We offer the following Programs at Anchored Athletics; Personal training, CrossFit Group Classes, Bootcamp Classes, Nutrition Coaching, Individual Program design, and Open gym. Our members have access to

the gym between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm with the use of an access control keyfob system. If you're interested in learning more or would like any additional information please contact us! Although our members have access to the gym all day we typically require a "No Sweat Intro" appointment booked to meet with the staff to go over your health and fitness goals

We look forward to continuing to build a strong, fun fitness community in the Cowichan Valley.

Aligned & Anchored!

A FREE event in collaboration with My Aligned Purpose, for women in business on the island who want to get a workout in and network in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We’d love for you to join OR share with a woman in your life who you think would enjoy it!

Who: For ANY women-identifying individual in business

What: 45-min workout + 1 hour of connection, networking, and snacks!

💙 **The Anchored Committed Club** 💙

At Anchored, we know that results don't come from the occasional hard workout. They come from showing up consistently.

That's why we have the **Committed Club**.

Every month, members who attend **12 or more classes or Open Gym sessions** are entered into a draw to win prizes from some awesome local businesses. 🎉

Sure, winning prizes is fun, but the real reason we do it is to celebrate consistency.

The members who make the biggest changes aren't always the most athletic or the most talented. They're the ones who keep showing up. They train when they feel motivated, and they train when they don't. Over time, those workouts add up to stronger bodies, better health, more confidence, and goals achieved.

We've also got our **Committed Wall**, where members earn their spot by reaching attendance milestones. It's a pretty cool reminder of just how much can happen when you keep putting one workout in front of another.

If you've been chasing a goal, consider this your reminder: you don't need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

One of the best parts about Anchored Athletics is that somehow the hardest workouts also create the funniest memories 😂

During the Open, Sam took a little stumble mid-workout… but instead of just getting back up normally, he struck a full pose on the floor like it was all part of the plan. The entire gym absolutely lost it.

Honestly, that moment perfectly sums up this community.

People cheer hard.
People laugh hard.
People rally around each other no matter what.

Yeah, we love training hard and getting stronger, but the friendships, inside jokes, chaotic moments, post-workout laughs, and memories made along the way are what really make this place special.

You walk in for fitness and end up finding a community you genuinely look forward to seeing every day ❤️💪

This class is for the people who want to move, sweat, get stronger, and feel better—without needing to learn Olympic lifting or advanced gymnastics movements.

No heavy barbells.

Training hits different when you’re training *for* something.

A goal gives purpose to the early mornings.
The tough workouts mean more.
The hard days become easier to push through because there’s something waiting on the other side.

And the best part?
You don’t have to be an elite athlete to sign up for something challenging.

Maybe it’s the HYROX Vancouver race this December 18–20.
Maybe it’s the CrossFit Open at the end of February.
Maybe it’s a local weightlifting meet, a 5km race, a partner competition, or just proving to yourself that you can do hard things.
