Welcome to Gymnastics!

We hope your summer vacation was awesome! But now that school is right around the corner, we’re ready to welcome everybody back into our gym for the Fall session.

We’re so excited to meet all the new gymnasts-in-the-making and we can’t wait to see some familiar faces again!

Exciting news! Our new rod floor has arrived!!

A big thank you to all the families who helped fundraise to make this possible, and a special thank you to Danfoss Couriers and Freight who delivered it free of charge!

So many athletes will get to enjoy this great new piece of equipment thanks to the generosity of our community, and we couldn’t be more grateful to all those who came together to make it happen❤️

We are thankful that so many great young gymnasts chose to spend a part of their summer with us, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have spent our summer with all of you!

Although we had a blast this summer, we will be taking the last week off to rest and prepare for the upcoming Fall session🍂

The Summer session will conclude on August 28th. Fall programs will begin on September 8th, in coordination with the school year!

DDGC is fortunate enough to have the space and means to offer all three events in Trampoline Gymnastics:

• Trampoline
• Tumbling
• Double Mini Trampoline

This is an invitation-only program, meaning athletes will need to complete a tryout or submit an inquiry outlining their experience in gymnastics before receiving an invitation to join the team.

Last week, our camp kids went to the water park for our Featured Friday Event💦👙🩳🐳 Every week this summer, our campers will participate in themed daily special activities, and an extra special event on Friday - ranging from bowling to swimming to face painting!

If the water park sounds like your kids’ kind of fun, sign them up for Week 4 (July 20-24), by July 13th, where we’ll take our campers back to the water park for our Featured Friday Event!! ⛱️⛱️⛱️🐳🐳🐳☀️☀️☀️

DDGC is happy to announce we are opening up adult & teen drop-in for JULY.

Dates: Thursdays on July 2nd, 9th & 16th
Time: 8:00 - 9:00 PM
COST: $15 per person-per session.

No membership fee required!!

If you don’t have Gymnastics BC insurance through DDGC or any other provincial club, you must purchase insurance ($17) before your first visit, and it will last you for up to 8 visits!

Sign up at ddgc.ca! Insurance fees will automatically be added to your first drop-in purchase (if you do not already have insurance), and automatically waived for subsequent drop-in purchases!

** You must pre-register for drop-in through your DDGC account. Walk-ins will not be permitted for these sessions.**

The staff at Duncan Dynamics Gymnastics Club would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the fathers and father figures in our athletes’ families. Thank you for your ongoing support, dedication, and encouragement, which play an important role in our athletes’ success both in and out of the gym.
