It got a ride from a passing andersons lodge boat to the bridge near by which saved us a considerable pack out.

Week 2 of our bear hunt every year has produced some beautiful bears.

But for 9 years, I have waited to see this bear Fat Bastard in the flesh. And so far hes batting 8/8...but maybe just maybe, this is the year he makes a mistake.

Weve killed some bears pushing 500 in the spring, but i think this guy is going to blow right by the big 500 number.

We are fighting our way through the snow that just wont leave to get the baits all set for this springs hunters. Hard to believe we are 14days away from the first hunters arriving!
