Dryden Ski Club is a Not-for-profit Ski Area located in the heart of Northwestern Ontario. Founded in 1953, Dryden Ski Club is maintained and operated by mostly volunteers. There are 4 ropes currently on the hill and all in operation. In 1993, Dryden Ski Club built a state of the art Chalet, with a canteen, a huge multi-purpose area, a Rental Shop, and public washroom facilities. Also built was a Ski Patrol Building, and a large garage for the equipment. Year unknown, lighting was installed on the hill and night skiing was introduced. In 2013, Dryden Ski Club purchased a Bombardier MP Plus Snowcat for grooming, the years prior a snowmobile was used to groom the hill. Between 2022-2025, the Ski Club completed further upgrades including new windows, new LED on-hill lighting, new interior furnishings, brand new expanded deck and the addition of two full service terrain parks with features for all ability levels. The bottom line, Dryden Ski Club has come so far over the years, is an absolute gem for the residents and visitors to The City of Dryden. Our ability to operate and grow is 100% thanks to strong community support by volunteers, local and provincial government and community business sponsors. Dryden Ski Club is a labor of love FOR the people of Dryden, FROM the people of Dryden. We are so lucky to have this winter family focused playground in our backyard and we welcome new visitors to come see what we have to offer!
