Why your belly fat isn’t about willpower—it’s about your liver.

If you’ve been trying to lose the belly fat, balance your moods, or get relief from perimenopausal symptoms—yet nothing seems to work—it’s not you. It’s your liver.

Here’s the truth: your liver is your body’s hormone processor. When it gets overloaded, those unprocessed hormones don’t just disappear… they get stored as fat (hello, stubborn belly).

For many women in perimenopause, the cycle looks like this:
👉 Progesterone declines → anxiety increases
👉 Coping mechanism → pour a glass of wine
👉 Liver has to pause hormone metabolism to deal with the alcohol
👉 Hormones back up → more belly fat, worse symptoms, and erratic moods

Sound familiar?

The good news: your liver is powerful. It can regenerate within days to weeks if you treat it right. When you support your liver, you’ll notice:
✨ Easier fat loss (especially around the belly)
✨ More stable moods and fewer hot flashes
✨ Energy that doesn’t crash mid-day
✨ A calmer nervous system and better sleep

You don’t need to white-knuckle your way through diets, more workouts, or self-blame. You need a strategy that works with your body—not against it.

This is exactly what I help my clients do. Together, we look at what’s taxing your liver and create sustainable shifts that help your hormones rebalance, your body release fat, and your energy come back.

💌 DM me “LIVER” if you’re ready to get out of the hormonal jam and finally feel like yourself again.

This next chapter is called: “I Don’t Let That Slide Anymore.”

One of my clients had a moment this week —
Not a breakdown.
A breakthrough.

She realized that anger wasn’t something to avoid.
It was her signal. Her teacher.
It was pointing her to a boundary that needed to be drawn — and honored.

In her old job, she worked herself to the bone, kept quiet, let the mistreatment slide… and got nothing in return but burnout and resentment.

This time? She caught it early.
✅ She acknowledged the toxic behavior.
✅ She refused to overextend.
✅ She went straight to someone who could actually help — and advocated for herself.
✅ She protected her energy without guilt.
✅ And she’s learning how to ask for what she needs — directly, clearly, and without apology.

Here’s what she said to me:

“Honestly… the fact that I recognized this as a lesson! Seeing it for what it is, rather than saying to myself ‘Why can’t I catch a break?!?’, or ‘Why is the universe doing this to me?!?’…
The growth I see in myself is tremendous.”

That’s growth.
That’s embodiment.
That’s what it looks like to stop abandoning yourself just to keep the peace.

This isn’t about having perfect boundaries.
It’s about recognizing your patterns, listening to your body, and choosing to respond in a way that serves who you’re becoming — not who you’ve been.

If you’ve been feeling the heat of anger lately… maybe it’s not a problem to fix.
Maybe it’s your call to rise.

You’re told STAY CONSISTENT with your fitness and nutrition, and you try but you just can’t seem to do it!

Is stress part of the problem?

Stress isn’t just in your head—it’s in your body, your habits, and your energy levels.

It triggers survival mode, making it nearly impossible to stay consistent with fitness, healthy eating, or mindset shifts.

Here’s how to break the cycle:
🔸 Recognize your triggers
🔸 Implement daily nervous system resets (even 5 minutes helps)
🔸 Prioritize sleep & recovery

✨ Ready to stop letting stress run the show? DM me “BREAK FREE” and let’s get started!

Patience visited me
And it reminded me
That good things take time to come to fruition
And grow slowly with stability

Peace visited me
And it reminded me
That I may remain calm through the storms of life
Regardless of the chaos surrounding me

Hope visited me
And it reminded me
That better times lay ahead
And it would always be there to guide and uplift me

Humility visited me
And it reminded me
That I may achieve it
Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me
And it reminded me
To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself
And those surrounding me

Confidence visited me
And it reminded me
To not conceal or suppress my gifts and talents
In order to make others feel more comfortable
But to embrace what makes me me

Focus visited me
And it reminded me
That other people’s insecurities and judgements about me
Are not my problem
And I should redirect my attention
From others back to me

Freedom visited me
And it reminded me
That no one has control over my mindset, thoughts and wellbeing
But me

And love visited me
And it reminded me
That I need not search for it in others
As it lies within me.
