The Drayton Valley Skating Club is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Board as Volunteer Coordinator!

This important role helps ensure our club events and programs run smoothly by coordinating volunteer support throughout the skating season.

Responsibilities include:
• Recruiting and organizing volunteers for club events and activities
• Creating and managing volunteer schedules
• Tracking volunteer commitments and hours
• Communicating volunteer opportunities and requirements to club members
• Assisting with volunteer sign-up processes for carnivals, and special events
• Helping ensure volunteer positions are filled and providing support when needed
• Working alongside the Board and committees to identify volunteer needs throughout the season

This position is a great opportunity to become involved in our skating community!
