The CFDO Weightlifting Club Youth Summer Program is back!
From July 6th to August 21st, kids will have the opportunity to learn the basics of Olympic weightlifting in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
Over the course of 7 weeks, participants will develop strength, coordination, and confidence through weightlifting instruction, conditioning, and fun games that keep every session engaging and dynamic.
Training alongside some of our more experienced youth lifters, participants benefit from a motivating environment while still receiving appropriate guidance and supervision.
This program is a great complement to any sport and helps build a strong athletic foundation.
Schedule:
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
8:00–10:00 AM (approximate, exact time to be confirmed)
Whether your child is brand new to weightlifting or simply looking to build strength and confidence, this program offers a fun and positive introduction to strength training.
