The Dorset Recreation Centre is fully appointed with an air-conditioned squash court, weight and fitness room, meeting rooms, two kitchens, showers and a gymnasium equipped with volleyball, basketball, floor hockey and badminton equipment. The Recreation Centre also offers public Internet access and is a wireless hotspot. Numerous activities and programs for youth, adults and seniors take place at the Dorset Rec Centre year round.

We are offering Beginner Line Dancing Lessons in September. This is a 4-week class for basic beginners or for those wanting to improve their technique. By learning the fundamentals of line dancing, the steps, the transitions, timing, music recognition etc, dancers will be prepared to take classes anywhere in the future with confidence. No previous dancing experience is necessary.
