Happy is an understatement 🥰
On August 15th I got to marry my best friend. Although it wasn’t what we originally planned (thanks to COVID), we were still able to celebrate with our immediate families.
We look forward to our vow renewal next year— where I will get to wear my dream wedding dress and we will get to celebrate with ALL of our families and friends!! 🤍

Every time I complete another program I feel a rush of excitement and accomplishment!
Never in a million years did I ever think working out was going to be fun! But, because of Beachbody I wake up excited to push play EVERY DAY! Never in a million years did I think I’d be sharing my health and wellness journey with all of you! But, because of Beachbody I feel proud to share what I do!
For 10 years I was a competitive volleyball player! The day my career was over was the day I decided I never wanted to workout again. For so long it was a chore & a requirement that I never truly enjoyed working out. So obviously when I heard about Beachbody, I was skeptical. But boy was I wrong. I am so beyond GRATEFUL for this community & I can honestly say I NOW LOVE WORKING OUT! 💪🏼

Instagram vs Reality 😷
Yesterday I got to go into my classroom for the FIRST time! Excitement was an understatement (if you can’t tell)!!
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to decorate my room because with everything going on I may not actually be teaching this grade, in this classroom, in this school, or in person!! Since I am one of the newest hires I am at risk of potentially having to teach virtually or somewhere else. This will happen only if the number of students coming back to this school is low.
This is definitely not what I envisioned my first year of permanency to look like. But I know everything happens for a reason so if it’s meant to be, it’ll be!
We don’t have any idea as to when I’ll find out what is going to happen, so until then all I can do is continue to plan for Grade 6 (in hopes that I’ll even be teaching this grade!)🤞🏼

I am 6 days away from completing my second round of 👏🏻
This is my calendar from round 1 of this program & I have since beaten my AMRAP score even more the second time around!
AMRAP means ‘as many reps as possible’ and I LOVE this component of the program! If you are competitive at heart like me, then you would love it too!!
I can’t wait to share my results with all of you at the end of the week 🙌🏼💪🏼
