Meet Molly 👋🏼

She's been at CFYUL for a few years now- actually she made her comeback a few years back DURING the opens 😎

📈She came back to work on her overall fitness, over time she's become one of the influencial members, one of the peeps that consistently shows up and progresses in their journey.

🧘🏻‍♀️She's also set herself on a Yogi path, and she's become our CFYUL Yogi, teaching us about breathing and intent in positions and stretches and bringing us to see/feel strong in slower yet intense movement.

Yogi Molly set some goals this year, and with hard work, consistently focusing on the details to improve- here's her newest developpement- toes to bar- 8 stringed! 🎯


The CFYUL team of coaches and the community want you to know, we are immensely proud and honored to witness this new skill and your dedication to your growth.
