The hours are in. The preparation is done.

Now go compete with purpose.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

As we come to an end we’d like to wish all our athletes a safe, successful football season.

Go chase excellence! 🏈⚡️

Speed doesn’t happen by accident.

It comes from having a plan, training properly and putting in the work-day after day.

By using force plates to measure maximum force (peak force) and comparing to a counter movement jump we can get a clear picture on what our athletes (RSI) relative strength index is and where they need to train to optimize their results!
👉Below 60%(RSI) aim for more explosive/plyometric training
👉between 60-80%(RSI) concurrent strength training is appropriate
👉above 80%(RSI) maximal strength training is appropriate
This is just one of hundreds of tests we can use to test and re test to see the short and long term trends of the adaptations we are trying to get!

🏆🎉 BIG CONGRATULATIONS! 🎉🏆

From day one, he set the standard. This offseason, he committed himself to becoming the fastest, strongest, and most complete athlete he’s ever been. Never cut corners and never stopped working.
Today, all that dedication has paid off.
We’re proud to congratulate on earning a spot with the while also graduating with an incredible 4.15 GPA from Queen’s University. His journey is proof that elite performance isn’t just about talent—it’s about discipline, consistency, and an unmatched work ethic. 💪🎓🏆

Absolutely love this plyometric for our athletes!
Triple broad is a solid metric that is highly correlated with sprint speed! We consistently train and use the triple broad and similar variations to measure improvements in horizontal power!
breaking the 30ft mark in this clip!
Give it a try and see where you can improve!
