The Fitness Centre will not be staffed in the evenings for the week of Aug 31-Sept 4th
Also, it will not be staffed the entire day of Thursday, September 3rd!

The Fitness Centre will not be staffed in the evenings for the remainder of this week. Aug 4-7th!
However, it will still be staffed in the mornings from 8-12!

UPDATED STAFFED HOURS:

Monday - Thursday
8am-12 noon and 5pm-7pm
Friday
8am-12 noon

Just a quick note:
If you forget something in the bathroom and have already put your outside shoes on…….take them off before entering!!!!

If you go to leave and realize you forgot the lights on ……please take off your outdoor shoes before entering!

In summary if you have your outside shoes on…..PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE GYM FLOOR!

I returned this morning to a nice trail of salt stained floor from the entryway to the men’s bathroom!

The salt stains the floor and is very hard to clean up and can be tracked by others to the equipment with can cause serious damage!

So PLEASE TAKE OFF YOUR OUTDOOR SHOES even if just re entering because you forgot or misplaced something! because the salt still tracks in!

FREE YOGA CLASS!
Beginners welcome.
Please join me Thursday, November 6th at the Doaktown Library for my 1st yoga class.
I am currently certifying as a yoga instructor and would love the opportunity to practice teaching.
So if you & a friend would like to join me pls let me know you will be attending. The space will be for 8-10 ppl.
Looking forward to it!
*Mats are available if you do not have your own.

REMINDER! The gym is open tomorrow morning but there is NO WATER til afternoon!

Gentle Reminder! ‼️
Please remove your shampoo/conditioner and body wash from the showers after use! There is getting to be a large quantity of products left in the showers and we don’t have the room to store it all here at the gym!
Also, when using the showers please wipe out any hair or debris left behind as we have multiple people using the showers and I am not here to clean between each use!
