Ladies Night Out! INTRO TO HOCKEY SESSIONS
Work on skill development (shooting, passing, stick handing), learn the rules and terminology of the game, finish off with a scrimmage and some fun! The intro to hockey is framed around the successful Pond Hockey Program that focuses on the components of the game in a safe and supportive environment.
All experience levels are welcome. Minimal Gear required (hockey skates, hockey gloves, stick, neck guard and helmet with a cage).
5 Sessions (Saturday nights Oct 24, Nov 7, Nov 14, Dec 5 and 12) from 6-7pm at the Digby Arena.

🏒📅Save the date! 55+ Pond Hockey starts October 13 and October 15 at the Digby Arena! Join us Tuesday and Thursdays from 12pm-1pm ($5 drop in fee). This is a recreational program.
