Every Tuesday, the team heads to Peak Fitness Athletics for their off-ice training sessions. These workouts are designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and develop the kind of endurance and power that shows up on the ice.

Off-ice training is a big part of their development, helping the players push past limits, grow as athletes, and prepare both physically and mentally for the season ahead.
