This morning we were able to get George a beautiful turkey. He harvested his 3rd with us over about 3 years.

First thing in the morning we heard many gobbles all around us but had no action out in front, just a hen roaming around. After about 25 minutes of seeing nothing, we spotted 2 big toms on a nearby ridge. Finally after working the call and getting them interested, they came close enough and George picked the nicer bird, then made a great shot.

Had an awesome and unforgettable hunt this morning and was able to get Ken his first ever gobbler. 9 inch beard and 1 inch spurs. A great first turkey! It only took 45 minutes of sitting and waiting.
