I really like this picture- sorry I cannot remember where I copied it from. It shows what hinging at the hips, pushing your butt back, and keeping your chest up, to not round your spine looks like. This is a strong, & safe position for lifts.

The sound and sights of this makes me happy. After sixty, and retired people are at greatest risk of social isolation and depression. I love seeing the social interaction, in fact in my gym, I allot time for it in the training as it is just as important as physical activity 💗💪

Change your life! You don’t have to sit and wait. You can move before you get your knee replacement! You can and should move, if you are on blood pressure pills! Yes, diet will help with your diabetes and weight loss, but strength and conditioning will change your life!

Only taking 6 people in this event so its like personal training but at a group session rate!
