Looking for something fun to do on Sunday afternoons? Come join us at the Deep River Shoreline Sports Club for our High School Tennis Social!

Whether you're on the school team or just enjoy playing, everyone is welcome! Play friendly matches, use the ball machine, improve your game, and meet other high school players in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Fall Junior Tennis Team Sign Up Open Now! Every Friday starting September 4th from 4:00pm-5:30pm.

Great program if you are looking to improve your tennis. Your child needs to be able to play full court tennis. Great program if you are looking to play high school tennis or currently play highschool tennis. If you’re not sure your child would be a good fit for this program please email [email protected] and ask. Your coaches will be Graham and Jeff Sage.

Congrats to Brigitte Marcil and Jason Hogue for winning an Ottawa Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament this weekend @ The Forge Club. They are 2 of our very own members and active pickleball players here at the DRSSC. They entered the 4.0-4.5 division and crushed it! Over 450 players made their way to this tournament to compete in different levels and divisions.

Huge congratulations to our junior competitive players who travelled to Smith Falls this weekend and took part in Perth & District Junior Tennis Tournament!

Sullivan Sage and Jaxon Ray both played U13, which ended with a tight battle going into a tie breaker finish. Sullivan received 1st place and Jaxon 2nd place.

Quincy Gagnon and Dawson Desjardins played in the U11 division and played each other in the semi-finals. Quincy went on to the finals, ultimately winning 1st place!

Special mention to Nathan Dafoe, another JR member, who went to cheer on his buddies and filled in for a U13 game.

Seven DRSSC Junior tennis players played hard in the Petawawa tennis tournament today!

Team and individual play were awarded with many of our players awarded for their efforts.

Teal baseliners placed 1st in the group team event!

Individual medals from our Junior players:

1st place Logan Sage
2nd place Nate Howat

Green dot ball
1st place Sullivan Sage
2nd place Jaxon Ray

It’s amazing to see everyone out there having fun, showing good sportsmanship and getting an opportunity for some friendly competition! Congratulations to all and thanks for having us Petawawa!
