Calling CFDC Community!

Want to do something different? Want to join us in doing the Emperor’s Challenge on August 8?

We will be doing the Emperor’s as a team, no pressure on timing, only objective is to complete and conquer!

Coach Jenny will be leading this challenge with weekly running challenges that are focused on getting you to walk, run, or hike weekly. These can all be done from home on your own schedule!

TEENS: SUMMER OFF SEASON STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS

Want to get stronger, fitter, more confident, and learn how to train properly?

Our Teen Strength & Conditioning Class is designed for ages 13–18 and focuses on building a strong foundation for sport, fitness, and life.

We focus on developing:

• Strength
• Power
• Speed & Agility
• Conditioning
• Confidence & Work Ethic

Whether you play sports, want to improve your fitness, or simply want to spend your summer doing something productive, this class is for you.

Our training emphasizes:

✔ Safe, progressive strength development
✔ Proper movement mechanics and technique
✔ Athletic conditioning
✔ Building confidence through hard work and consistency

Excellence isn’t an accident. It’s a commitment.

This past weekend, the CFDC coaching team spent two full days immersed in education, practical coaching, movement analysis, and skill development.

We’re proud to announce that every coach on our team is now a CrossFit Level 2 certified Trainer.

Anyone can lead a workout. Coaching is different. Coaching requires knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. It’s about knowing when to push, when to modify, and how to help each athlete move safely and effectively toward their goals.

She has been an important part of our community for a long time now, and it was bittersweet to see her achieve this major milestone; knowing that she will be moving away this fall.
