Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our first Kyokushin Karate classes!

It was awesome seeing so many people willing to step out, try something new, and push themselves. The energy, effort, and support from everyone made the class a huge success and honestly got me even more excited for what’s to come.

This is just the beginning! Stay tuned for more classes running throughout the summer! Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or have trained before, everyone is welcome.

Had the best visit with Mya! Coffee, donuts, and karate! Couldnt think of a better way to spend an afternoon. So very excited for Mya as she sets out to teach another trial class in Grande Prairie this week. OSU!
