Dawson Creek Triathlon We offer Kids of Steel from ages 4-15, Junior(16-19) and adult races.

The Dawson Creek Triathlon was started in 2016 and serves as a community triathlon(swim, cycle, run) for the BC and Alberta Peace Region with a few visiting athletes from farther away.

If you are available, the corners on the adult cycle course need sweeping to make them safe and fast. Meet at 5:30 PM at Kenn Borek Aquatic Center on Wednesday, July 9. Safety supplies will be available. Please bring any big wide brooms that you may have.

Each year the Dawson Creek Triathlon requires many volunteers to keep youth and adult athletes safe and on-course. We need people for setup/takedown, the adult cycle course and run course, the youth cycle course, the transition area and we need people to man barricades that control or stop traffic. The BBQ lunch is for athletes and volunteers. If you would like to volunteer again or for the first time, please email me at [email protected] or just reply to this post with some contact info.
