Brigadoon Village is the first facility of its kind in Atlantic Canada and one of the largest pediatric medical camps in the country.

They create condition-specific camps where children facing similar medical or life challenges can connect, grow, and experience the transformational power of camp 💙

We’re so excited to welcome Laing House back to the Medavie Blue Nose Marathon Charity Challenge! 💙

They’re back and ready to stomp out stigma with their incredible Stigma Stompers. 👟

Funds raised through the Charity Challenge help create a welcoming space at Laing House where young people ages 16–29 living with mental health challenges can connect with others who understand, build confidence, and feel accepted just as they are.

Looking for a supportive community to keep you motivated all year long? ✨

Join the Blue Nose Run Club and train with participants of all abilities as you prepare for the Not Since Moses Run, Valley Harvest Marathon, or simply enjoy running with a great group of people 💙

The Burn Rubber Crew brings the energy, supporting participants during their toughest stretch and keeping spirits high when they need it most 🔥

Our Aerobics First Pacers help participants stay on pace, push through tough moments, and achieve their race-day goals 🏃‍

Whether you're motivating from the sidelines or leading runners to the finish line, volunteers like these are at the heart of the Medavie Blue Nose Marathon

The energy at this years Community youth runs was unmatched 💙

Seeing youth across Nova Scotia show up, move their bodies, cheer each other on, and have fun together is what it’s all about 🙌

These moments are such an important part of the Medavie Blue Nose Marathon and a reminder that race weekend magic continues long after

A huge thank you to the NS Teachers Union for helping us bring the Medavie Blue Nose Marathon to communities across the province and making these youth run experiences possible 🏃‍♂️💨
