Whether you’re joining us for the marathon, half marathon, 10K, 6K, Kids Run, or simply cheering from the sidelines, here’s everything you need to know before race weekend. 🦞

📅 SATURDAY, JULY 18

🎽 Race Kit Pick Up
12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

📅 SUNDAY, JULY 19

🏃 Full Marathon Start – 7:00 AM
🏃 Half Marathon Start – 8:00 AM
🏃 10K Start – 8:15 AM
🏃 6K Start – 8:15 AM

🎉 Post Race Reception – 11:00 AM
🏆 Awards Presentation – 12:00 PM

⏰ ARRIVAL TIMES

Full Marathon participants should arrive no later than 6:45 AM.

Half Marathon, 10K and 6K participants should arrive between 7:35 AM and 7:50 AM.

🚌 Shuttle service will transport runners from the finish line back to the Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena following the race. A muster point will be located near the finish area.

ℹ️ RACE DAY NOTES

✅ Boston Qualifier
✅ Aid stations approximately every 3 km
✅ Water, Gatorade and first aid available
✅ Live results through Atlantic Chip
✅ Change rooms, washrooms, showers and warm-up area available at the arena

📦 Fuel Drop-Offs
If you’d like personal gels, drinks or nutrition placed along the course, bring them to kit pickup in a clear, labelled ziplock bag. Our volunteers will place them at the closest aid station to your requested location.

⚠️ Please note:
• No strollers on course
• No dogs or pets on course
• Course support and timing services available until 1:00 PM

We can’t wait to welcome runners from across Nova Scotia and beyond for a weekend of running, community, and coastal views.

The Cabot Trail Relay delivered it all – epic climbs, wild coastal views, unstoppable team spirit, and pure grit from start to finish.

From the first step to the final push, you showed exactly what this race is all about – resilience, teamwork, and heart.

We’re proud to be part of this incredible event and to capture your journey every step of the way.

Atlantic Chip Sport Timing crew is on the road again!
We’re getting ready to time one of the most iconic events in the Maritimes – the Cabot Trail Relay Race. With 17 legs, 70 teams, and 185 miles of tough climbs and stunning coastal views, this race is all about teamwork, resilience, and true Maritime spirit. Rain or shine, we’ll be there for every step.
We’re also excited to be part of the 5K/10K Warm Hearts Run-Walk in Memramcook – another great event bringing the community together. ❤️
It’s a full weekend for us! Back in Dartmouth, we’re also timing Bumrun Halifax 2026 tomorrow, supporting colon cancer awareness. There are still a few spots left if you’re thinking about joining last minute.

All results will be available live at atlanticchip.ca (well… as long as the team can find service along the Cabot Trail 😅).
