Let them get a little messy!

Our Toddler Mess & Play program is a chance for little ones ages 1-4 to create, explore and play in a space made just for them.

Each week brings a new messy art activity, followed by plenty of time to play with toys and games. Think slime, puffy paint, oobleck and lots of little hands getting creative!

When: Saturdays, Sept. 19 - Oct. 24
Time: 12:30-2 p.m.
Fee: Members: $64 | Non-members: $75

Please note that children under two must have an adult remain with them during the class.

Our Intro to Volleyball and Intro to Badminton programs give your child a chance to learn the basics, practice their skills, and become more comfortable on the court!

Both programs run on Tuesdays from Sept. 15:

• Intro to Volleyball: 6:30 – 7:25pm
• Intro to Badminton: 7:30 – 8:25pm

Fees: Member: $105 | Non-member: $124

Are you looking to learn how to play pickleball, improve your game, or sharpen your skills? This is your sign! Our fall Pickleball classes give you a place to learn, meet new people, practice, and have fun on the court!

Choose from:
1) Beginner Pickleball
Wednesdays, Sept. 16 - Oct. 21
5 - 6:30pm

2) Intermediate Skills and Drills
Thursdays, Sept. 17 – Oct. 22
5 – 6:30pm

3) Advanced Skills and Drills
Fridays, Sept. 18 - Oct. 23
5:30 – 7pm

All classes are for ages 18+ and run for six weeks.

A great long weekend is upon us! The Sportsplex will be closed on Monday, September 7th for Labour Day. We'll be back on Tuesday, September 8th - with Fall Hours in effect. Be sure to check our updated hours and schedule before you plan your next visit.

Fall hours are here! 🍂

With Childminding at the Zatzman Sportsplex, your little one can enjoy a safe and welcoming space while you fit in a workout, swim, walk, or some time to move!

Our fall Childminding hours begin tomorrow!

🍁 Childminding is included with all Family and Youth memberships. Non-members can access Childminding with the purchase of a Youth Day Pass.

🍁 Bookings are 90 minutes and must be made in advance through Halifax MyRec.

And just like that…Summer Camp is a wrap! ☀️💛

We had the best time celebrating with our campers at our Summer Carnival - and what better way to end an amazing summer?

A big THANK YOU to our incredible camp team for showing up every day and making Summer Camp so special. 💙

And to all of our campers and families, thank you for spending your summer with us! We hope you had as much fun as we did. We’re definitely going to miss you around here! 🥹
