Largest single order to date finished today, out the door next week! I gained a tremendous amount of experience in this hobby through completing this order. My client came to me in June for 8 custom knives by Xmas. He told to go nuts when it came to handle designs and components. This gave me the freedom to try new and different combinations. A few weeks ago the client asked, “can you do three more before Xmas?” Which I actually had three more free for all combinations that I designed and was able to pull them all together well before Xmas is a point of pride for me.

Around this time last year I got to work on my very first knife from a kit that my wife and kids got me for my birthday. Who knew I would be where I am in this small venture in just one year. This time has flown by and I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the support from clients and friends. It’s because of all of you that I can sustain this hobby that has helped me mentally so much over these past 12 months. It’s taken a while but I’m finally starting to allow myself to be impressed with my final creation and not be overly critical of myself. Thank you all!

Despite the tragedy of September 11th 2001, I’ll always be thankful that you came into our lives on September 11th 2015, my first child, my best friend. We love you so much Mya. Thank you for showing me how much I was loved as a child because I never knew what the love of a parent for a child felt like. ❤️
