Week 1 of garage gym warrior 2. This will be my second full run though. Once again I’ll do primarily paused dead’s all the way though. Started feeling the mas in my low back a bit. Hoping that today helps work it out. Happy that it’s nice and light today at least.

Standing Axle Wrist Curl 123/173/153 x 10r - finding the right weight. 153 is a much better starting weight.

Sledge Lever 6 # x 5r, 8 # x 3r, 10 # x 2r - good enough! Lots to toughen up for this. Sad as I used to be fairly decent with levering. The line on the 8 # that I choked to is the 32” mark.

Week 15 deadlift test day and it just so happened to land on my birthday. Unplanned, happy coincidence. Haven’t pulled real heavy (for me) in a minute. Happy I could do a modest grind with 595. Definitely feel it in my glutes and hammies.
