icial turf, Squat racks and Olympic platforms, free weights and weight machines, cardio area, and a Group Fitness area. Programs include:
*Drop in or pre-registered Training sessions
*Team training for up to 25 athletes. In season or off season
*One on one, semi private, or small Group Training
*Fitness Testing and Assessments
*Group Fitness classes including licensed Mossa Group Power, Group Ride, and R30 (30 min Spin), Yoga, Gentle Classes, TRX and much more!
*Specialty programs such as Spartan Training, Seniors Weight Training, Teen Weight Training, pre/post natal classes and more

YOUTH OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING- SUMMER 2026

We are getting ready to start this awesome training program June 1st!

This is a progressive program to help young hockey players and athletes of all types physically prepare for tryouts and their upcoming seasons.
Ages 11-14 (2012-2014)

(July will have a 2015/2016 age group as well!)

Sessions will include warm up and mobility, speed/agility/quickness and strength, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility.

Locations for training include the College track, outdoor fields, Eagles Boxing Club with coach Bill, and new this year - athletes in the 2012-2014 group will be strength training in the college weight room.

Schedule:

➡️ JUNE - 2 sessions per week
Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45-5pm
Cost $120

➡️ JULY/AUGUST - 3 sessions per week
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:45am
Cost $195

Sign up for one month, or the whole summer!
(Drop ins considered on an individual basis as the program is progressive)

Get moving with us this February! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Gentle fit classes are going strong and February registration is open!

This class is a fun way to stay in shape over the winter, with a great group of people!

Gentle Fit combines strength training, cardiovascular fitness, balance, agility, mobility and more. The structure is circuit-style so you can go your own pace. It’s great for most levels of fitness from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. Men and women welcome!

⭐️Times: Mondays and Thursdays 10-11am
⭐️Location : KEYSA soccer dome
⭐️Cost: $100/twice per week
or $55/one day per week

Hi everyone! I just wanted to share an update on what programs and training I am offering in the community this year. Things have been really busy this last couple of months!

I am continuing to teach Gentle Fit at the soccer dome. This is a program we started at Core Fitness close to ten years ago and it is still booming! This group continues to amaze me and really keeps that ‘Core vibe’ alive, where we welcome everyone, have zero judgement and just have a ton of fun getting fit!

I was thrilled to be asked to do an off-season dryland training program this past summer where we had over 20 young athletes participate! That has also lead to doing in-season dryland for 3 hockey teams this fall/winter which has been a blast to get back into this side of training again.

One of the newest programs I am leading is called ‘Strong and Steady.’ This is a program for people with Parkinson’s disease or other mobility challenges. I recently took some courses on working with this population and it has been a great learning experience for me, and extremely rewarding to see some improvement in people enrolled in this program.

I continue to teach Gentle Yoga weekly which I love, because I think everyone can benefit from yoga!

Finally, I am Personal Training in people’s homes and doing personal programs online. I work with a lot of women over 40, helping them navigate these challenging years through peri-menopause and beyond, but I also work with young athletes, seniors, and everyone in between!

I miss Core Fitness every single day. But I am so grateful that I can continue to do these programs in the community and work with so many amazing people.

I am renting out 5 different facilities and packing loads of equipment with me everywhere so I sure would love if someone would open a facility I could train in - just putting that out there!

🔥YOUTH OFF-SEASON HOCKEY TRAINING coming this summer!
Ages 11-13 (2012- 2014)

A progressive program to help young hockey players and athletes of all types physically prepare for tryouts and their upcoming seasons.

Each session will include warm up and mobility, speed/agility/quickness, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, recovery and flexibility.

The programming is geared toward the age of the participants and is progressive, so athletes will get stronger and faster throughout the summer.

We expect 100% effort and focus each session, but we have a lot of fun as well.

Sessions will vary between locations potentially including the track, outdoor fields, Western Financial Place (concourse), and two sessions will be at the Eagles Boxing Club!

The tentative schedule will be as follows:

➡️ JUNE - 2 sessions per week
Mondays and Wednesdays - 3:45-5pm

➡️ JULY/AUGUST - 3 sessions per week
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10:30-11:45am

You will have the option of signing up for one month at a time or the full duration.
(Drop ins will be considered on an individual basis as this program is progressive)

**If you have an athlete that is younger or older, feel free to reach out to me. If I have enough interest I will add other age groups!
I also do individual training if interested.
