We spy some magnificent clients in the wild! 🙌🏽 Way to go team! Posted • Today we wanted to send a belated congratulations to VIP’s Flying Dragons who competed at the Portland Dragon Boat Festival a few weeks ago coming home with a gold medal in the Ladies F Division!

And we hear the team wanted to give a shout out to the Willamette River Dragons who provided tents, chairs, and a vast array of food and made them feel so very welcome at their first international festival.

❄️If you can arrive safely, we are always open. We have ~10cms of snow. Heads up: we use human powered shovelers for the parking lot 🤍so, some lower cars may want to park on the main road, until we get it totally clear. Stay safe! Happy snowy times! ❄️

From 🙌🏽 We have a couple spaces available for the Group Movement Class Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm at in Tin Town.

You will be learning techniques over the next 4 weeks. These are all real life functional movements to help you become a better mover; climbing, jumping, lifting, crawling, throwing, balancing.

All abilities welcome. Message to book a spot. Tell ya friends!
