JumpCamp Snowboard Drive October 27 - December 15
The cold weather is here and the snow in the hills is starting to fall so it’s time for JumpCamp’s annual Snowboard Drive.
Just like a toy drive we’re collecting snowboards, boots, jackets, pants, gloves and goggles to be distributed to less fortunate youth and families in the Comox Valley.
Snowboarding is an expensive sport so we want to provide as much help to get kids involved. Last year we donated twenty boards and lots of gear to local families and youth programs.
Gear can be dropped off at the JumpCamp headquarters at 1110 Cumberland Rd in Courtenay or call / text (250) 792-2896 for pickup.
You can also donate your refundable empties at the Courtenay Return-It Depot at 493 Puntledge Rd to account “JumpCamp” #554 to support the cause.
So get that old dusty board out of the closet, gear out of the back shed and make a difference in a youth’s life this year.

The drive will run from Oct.27 – Dec. 15

Denman Island, we're coming for you!
SkateCamp is happening July 27 for skaters of all ages and abilities that want to improve their skills. With the JumpCamp crew coaching along with some guest coaches, campers will have plenty of expertise to take advantage of.
Whether you're a beginner or just want to learn some new tricks, SkateCamp is the place to take your skills to the next level.
SkateCamp is going to rock!

Date n' Time: July 27 11am - 4pm.
Location: Denman Island.
All Ages.
What To Bring: Skateboard, helmet, water bottle and lunch.
Cost: $75 ( including tax ).
SkateCamp includes:
-Professional instruction in private skatepark.
-Skate maintenance and safety.
-BBQ and delicious snacks from Hornby Organic.
-Product giveaways from sponsors Volcom, Blue Toque Sports Ltd.

There is limited space available so register early. Payments can be made by cash and e-transfer.

JumpCamp is gonna shred cancer.

Our friend Jackie Christensen; loving, supportive wife, mom and friend was diagnosed with cancer last year.
Being self-employed meant that medical benefits and sick time were not something she could take advantage of.
Her husband Curt; a talented and highly respected tattoo artist and their two kids Magnus and Marlayna have been by her side through the whole process.
Running a household of four and paying for medical expenses is a tremendous cost.

We’ve put together a prize pack to raise money for our friends to help out during this tough time.

The prize pack includes products from JumpCamp, Volcom, Pacific Sands Beach Resort, Blue Toque Sports, Hornby Organic, Kindred Snowboards, Mount Washington, Firshore Living, Fresh Fetch. Obsessed Auto Detailing and Dodge City Cycles.

Tickets are $25 and go directly to Jackie.

Yo shred dogs take notice!
Next Session: Sunday March 24.

Spring Break is here and it’s JumpCamp time again. JumpCamp is back with five shred sessions through Spring Break packed with booters, jibs, barbecue, tunes and prizes!

All camps run from 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and include professional instruction in the private JumpCamp park and prizes from the sponsors. The camps are open to all boarders and helmets are mandatory. From the beginner to the experienced, JumpCamp will help sharpen your freestyle skills on a personal one-on-one level. Each camper will become a much stronger rider during this shred clinic.

The camp cost is $100. There is limited space available so register early. Registration must be done prior to the camp.
