Very much so didn’t want to workout today… but I did.
And guess what! I feel so much better!
Something about accomplishing a task (for me only) as soon as I wake up, helps me feel ready for the day.
As a trainer I definitely feel a never ending pressure to keep on top of my workouts and physique. Sometimes as a normal person I just don’t want to do it, but balance makes everything possible.
Anyways… go get your workout done! You’ll feel better!
