Happy Valentines!
Evening karate classes will be on for the Monday February 16th Family Day holiday.
With all the snow days we need to meet up when we can :)

Unfortunately we are discontinuing Sunday classes due to Sensei having health issues.

This includes Little Dragons, Family class and Weapons class.

This has not been an easy decision and wish the very best to all past and present students. Take care to all!!

All Sunday classes are canceled today due to unsafe roads conditions. This includes Little dragons and Weapons.

HAPPIEST NEW YEAR to all our martial arts friends!!

Classes should be able to resume next Monday January 12th.

We are working on making the gym more efficient to heat for the coldest months.. stay tuned!

Just a reminder that when schools are closed due to weather, that karate will also be canceled on those evenings.

SUNDAY Dec. 14th is BELT EXAM DAY!!

Regular classes are cancelled that day.

The grading starts at 12:00, be there by 11:45 or earlier to warm up and practice.

Afterwards everyone is invited to the year end Christmas party at 3:00pm.

There will be snacks but feel free to bring something to share :)

SUNDAY November 2nd classes will be cancelled due to the electricians working in the building.
This means we will have heating in the building very soon!!

So Little Dragons, Family Class and Weapons are all cancelled tomorrow.

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!!
There will be classes this Sunday, but there will be NO CLASSES on Monday October 13th.

We are loving our new Dojo, come check it out!!
There is seating in the dojo, but families are welcome to make use of the comfy seating areas elsewhere in the centre, or grab a snack at the canteen :)

The fall Belt Exam date will be posted soon so stay tuned..

The Dojo has officially moved!!

Our new location is 180 Atlantic Ave. Inside the up and coming new Community Centre.
When you enter the main doors the dojo is down the hall to the left.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Classes are on at the new Center tomorrow (Sunday) and our regular class schedule will continue there.

Just a heads up, classes are still at the old Dojo this week, the move date has been postponed..
We plan to move the Dojo this coming Saturday October 4th and have classes start at the new location Monday October 6th.
