Hi everyone,
We’re excited to announce our upcoming 21-Day Turnaround Challenge, a private virtual challenge created exclusively for the Moonstone Pilates & Yoga community starting May 18th.
This challenge is designed to give you a little extra accountability, motivation, and support to help you feel your best, stay consistent with movement, and build healthier habits in a realistic and sustainable way.
The focus is simple:
Instead of restrictions, calorie counting, or eliminating foods, we’re focusing on what we can add in to better support our health and energy. The nutrition goal throughout the challenge will be working toward a daily target for fruit and veggie servings while making intentional choices that help you feel good and nourished.
Inside the challenge, you’ll receive:
• One-on-one support from a holistic nutritionist
• Accountability to help you stay consistent with movement and workouts
• Encouragement to attend at least 3 workouts or movement sessions per week (Pilates, yoga, walks, strength training, or anything you enjoy)
• Access to a private group community for motivation, inspiration, recipes, and support
• Simple, sustainable habit-building strategies to help you get out of a rut and build momentum
This challenge is completely virtual, so you can participate from anywhere while still receiving personalized support and check-ins throughout the 21 days.
