FLAGS PEOPLE
Flags people will be in place at the intersection of TCH Eastbound Ramp - Exit 7 to Corner Brook and Cox’s Cove with Route 440. They will direct runners to cross the ramp on the west side of the overpass, closest to Corner Brook and stay on this side when running across the bridge along Route 440.
Other flags people will be at all TCH off ramps into Steady Brook. These include all four Exit 8 ramps to Steady Brook as they intersect Marble Drive. The Eastbound and Westbound on and off ramps. Flags people will ensure safe crossing of runners across these road intersections.
There will be another flags person at the 4 way intersection of Marble Drive and Wilton Street in Steady Brook to offer direction. Since this is a 4 way stop with crosswalks the flags person here will operate as a second layer of safety and offer direction to runners.
